1. Who we are (data controller)

This website is operated by WRONG CABLE S.R.L., under the UP-GRID brand, CUI 52663855, registration no. J2025077099005, based in Șelimbăr, Sibiu county. For any question about your data you can reach us at contact@up-grid.ro or +40 751 830 446.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us yourself, through the contact form or when you contact us directly:

Identification and contact data: name, phone number, email address, locality.
Details about your request: type of location (home / business / industrial), the service of interest and any details you describe.
Minimal technical data, through privacy-first analytics (no cookies, no individual tracking).

We do not collect special-category (sensitive) data and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To reply to your request, prepare a quote and organize the work — based on your request and pre-contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To communicate with you about the project — based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To meet legal and accounting obligations, where a contract results (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Email submissions

The contact form opens a pre-filled message in your email app, addressed to contact@up-grid.ro; sending it is your choice. The data you include is used only to prepare your quote and contact you back.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and, where a contract results, for the periods required by law (e.g. accounting). Afterwards we delete or anonymize it.

6. Who we share it with

We never sell your data and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We may use trusted service providers (e.g. website hosting, communication tools) acting as processors, only to the extent needed and under confidentiality guarantees.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can exercise them by writing to contact@up-grid.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

8. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. For anonymous, aggregated visit statistics we use a privacy-first analytics tool that does not set cookies and does not identify you personally.

This website presents the services of UP-GRID (WRONG CABLE S.R.L.) — electrical installations, smart home, video surveillance, alarms, access control and related security systems in Sibiu and the surrounding area. It is a presentation site; it does not sell products or take payments online.

2. Information, quotes and pricing

The information and any figures on the site are for guidance only and may change without notice. A firm quote is issued only after an on-site assessment or based on the details you provide, and is valid for the period stated in that quote.

3. Appointments and work

Appointments are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to reschedule in case of emergencies, weather or any condition that affects the safety of the work. Work is carried out by authorized personnel, in line with the applicable technical standards.

4. Warranty

Completed work is covered by warranty according to the applicable law and the contractual agreement. Installed equipment carries the warranty offered by its manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized intervention or external factors.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, graphics, logo, layout) belongs to UP-GRID / WRONG CABLE S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. Brand names shown belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. External links and liability

The site may contain links to external pages (e.g. social networks, ANPC, WhatsApp) for which we are not responsible. We strive to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the site.

7. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes may be resolved amicably or, alternatively, through the ANPC Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) platform — reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
